Delivery within Hungary

The delivery methods and prices below apply to addresses in Hungary. For delivery outside Hungary, contact our customer service team before ordering to confirm availability, the shipping charge and the estimated delivery time. International delivery is subject to individual confirmation.

 

Adding Products to the Cart

 

1. If you already have an account, you can sign in before shopping. You can also place an order without registering; enter the information required for your order at checkout.

2. Open the product you wish to purchase, choose the quantity, then click “Add to Cart”. You can access your cart using the cart icon in the header.

3. Clicking the cart icon opens the side cart. Click “View Cart” to open the full cart page. To select more products, close the side cart and continue browsing.

4. Check the products in your cart. Change quantities using the quantity field or the plus and minus buttons, and remove any unwanted items. The cart updates automatically; there is no separate update button to press.

5. You can then continue the purchasing process by clicking the “Checkout” button.

 

Placing an Order

 

1. Click “Checkout” in your cart to proceed to checkout. You do not need to look for a separate guest checkout button; enter the required information at checkout.

2. If you shop as a guest, please enter the information and contact details required to fulfil your order on the next page. We always treat your data confidentially. If your shipping and billing addresses are different, please make sure both are entered accurately. For company purchases, a tax number is also required for issuing the invoice. A telephone number is mandatory so that order details can be clarified and delivery can proceed smoothly.

3. You must accept the purchase terms whenever placing an order through our webshop.

4. Delivery methods: choose from the options available at checkout. GLS home delivery costs HUF 2,200 with advance bank transfer or HUF 2,650 with cash on delivery. Delivery to a GLS parcel point costs HUF 2,200, and personal collection is free. If you select a parcel point, make sure you have provided your preferred pickup location. If this is not possible at checkout, contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

 - Personal collection at our customer service location: free. Address: 1172 Budapest, Rétifarkas utca 8. Opening hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00–16:30, Friday 8:00–14:00.

 - Courier service – cash on delivery: the order value and shipping charge must be paid to the courier upon receipt. This delivery method has an additional gross cost of HUF 2,650.

 - Courier service – advance bank transfer: after placing your order, please do not transfer money to our bank account until you receive confirmation from our colleague. For advance-payment orders, always wait for our confirmation and only then transfer the cost of the order and shipping. This delivery method has an additional gross cost of HUF 2,200.

5. Payment methods: choose from the payment options available for your selected delivery method at checkout. After selecting the delivery method, check the payment method as well.

 

For personal collection

 - cash payment at our customer service location

 - card payment through a bank card terminal operated by CIB Bank Zrt.

 - advance bank transfer

 

For delivery by courier (GLS courier service)

 - cash on delivery to a home address, with a gross charge of HUF 2,650, payable together with the value of the goods to the courier

 - advance bank transfer with home delivery, with a gross charge of HUF 2,200; after confirmation from our colleague, the value of the goods and the delivery charge may be transferred to our bank account

 - cash on delivery to a parcel locker / parcel point, with a gross charge of HUF 2,200, payable together with the value of the goods at the locker or parcel point

 - advance bank transfer to a parcel locker / parcel point, with a gross charge of HUF 2,200; after confirmation from our colleague, the value of the goods and the delivery charge may be transferred to our bank account

 

6. Order summary: before submitting your order, check the summary shown at checkout, including products, quantities, prices, the delivery charge and the total amount payable. Also check your contact details, delivery address and selected delivery and payment methods.

 

Correcting data-entry errors: before finalising and submitting the order, the user can always return to previous stages to modify the information provided.

Submit your order using the final order button at checkout. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been recorded. If paying by bank transfer, wait for confirmation from our colleague before making payment.

 

For delivery by courier (Hungarian Post courier service)

Delivery to a parcel locker, Post Office point or post office:

Postal delivery fee: between 0.01 kg and 2.0 kg

HUF 990 gross + HUF 400 gross packaging cost + HUF 2,000 gross delivery to a parcel locker, Post Office point or post office = HUF 3,390 gross.

 

For home delivery: 0.01–10 kg/package.

HUF 1,990 gross + HUF 800 gross packaging cost + HUF 2,000 gross delivery = HUF 4,790 gross.

 

For home delivery: 10.01–20 kg/package.

HUF 2,990 gross + HUF 1,500 gross packaging cost + HUF 2,350 gross delivery = HUF 6,840 gross.

 

For home delivery: 20.01–40 kg/package.

HUF 5,990 gross + HUF 2,800 gross packaging cost + HUF 3,450 gross delivery = HUF 12,240 gross.

 

Parcels are handed over to Hungarian Post on Mondays between 10:00 and 12:00.

Once the parcel has been handed over for postal delivery, we cannot influence the delivery time.
