Strontium Ferrite Pot Magnet, Diameter: 63 mm, with Stem, Internally Threaded
The pot magnet construction consists of a magnetic insert and a steel housing. The steel housing directs the magnetic field, concentrates it at the working surface and protects the insert from mechanical damage. Ferrite (strontium ferrite) is a ceramic magnetic material with good resistance to corrosion and stable properties. With a pot housing, it provides a secure industrial attachment point. The internal thread allows modular attachment with a screw or stud for easy assembly and quick removal when needed. With an integrated stud, the pot magnet can be mounted quickly through a hole using a washer and nut. (Quick specifications: D = 63 mm; H = 14 mm; L = 30 mm; thread: M8; Tmax: 200 °C)
Allow a greater safety margin for sideways loads and carry out a trial installation for the specific application. Common applications include removable attachments, brackets, stops and workshop organisation, making use of ferrite's stability and the benefits of the pot housing. The table specifies the maximum operating temperature. Ferrite inserts generally tolerate higher temperatures, but observe the specified limit.
Warning: technical product. Bring magnets together and separate them carefully. Avoid impacts and keep away from electronics and medical devices.
