Strontium Ferrite Ring Magnet 20 x 5 x 10 mm with Countersunk Hole for Screw Mounting
The strontium ferrite (SrFe) magnet offers an economical, robust solution where resistance to moisture, corrosion and temperature is more important than maximum strength for a given size. Unlike neodymium, ferrite does not require a protective coating and can be used at temperatures up to 250 °C, although its magnetic strength is lower for the same volume. The ring shape is useful for mounting centred on a shaft or screw and for technical assemblies where positioning is important. The countersunk design for screw mounting suits the application's specific installation requirements.
The The 20 x 10 x 5 mm size suits mounting on a shaft, screw or magnetic spacer and simplifies centring. Allows more secure mechanical installation. Suitable for outdoor use, damp environments, high-temperature applications and uses where low cost and operating stability are important.
Warning: The material is ceramic and brittle. Impacts or excessive clamping pressure can cause the magnet to chip or break. This is not a toy. Keep away from children and electronic equipment and devices sensitive to magnetic fields.
