Neodymium Rod Magnet 8 x 20 mm N48
Neodymium (NdFeB) is among the strongest magnetic materials and provides substantial holding force for its size. It is much stronger than conventional ferrite magnets and generally has a protective coating because the material can corrode over time. N48 indicates the magnetic grade. NdFeB grades commonly range from N35 to N52, with higher numbers generally indicating stronger magnets. The cylinder magnet can be incorporated discreetly into components, holders or housings and is easy to align.
At Ø8×20 mm, this magnet is suitable for stable, strong attachments while remaining manageable to handle. (Ø8×20 mm) For best results, ensure direct contact with the surface. The magnet provides a particularly strong hold on solid steel.
Warning: keep away from children. Swallowing magnets can be life-threatening. Seek immediate medical attention if swallowing is suspected. Magnets can snap together suddenly, pinch skin and chip or break on impact. Separate them by sliding them apart. Keep them away from medical devices, cards and sensitive electronics.
