Neodymium Rod Magnet 8 x 10 mm N48
 
Neodymium (NdFeB) is among the strongest magnetic materials and provides substantial holding force for its size. Alongside high magnetic attraction, the surface coating helps improve durability. N48 indicates the magnetic grade. NdFeB grades commonly range from N35 to N52, with higher numbers generally indicating stronger magnets. The cylinder magnet can be incorporated discreetly into components, holders or housings and is easy to align.
 
A good choice where stronger holding force is needed in a size that is still comfortable to handle. (Ø8×10 mm) Holding force depends strongly on the thickness and condition of the metal surface. It is greater on thick steel and weaker on thin sheet metal.
