Neodymium Rod Magnet 5 x 10 mm N35 EH
 
NdFeB (neodymium) magnets provide high magnetic attraction for their size, making them popular for technical and DIY applications. It is much stronger than conventional ferrite magnets and generally has a protective coating because the material can corrode over time. N35EH indicates the magnetic grade, commonly ranging from N35 to N52; higher numbers generally indicate greater magnetic attraction. The cylinder magnet can be incorporated discreetly into components, holders or housings and is easy to align.
 
At Ø5×10 mm, this magnet is useful for magnetic catches, DIY, organisation and lighter attachments to steel. (Ø5×10 mm) Holding force depends strongly on the thickness and condition of the metal surface. It is greater on thick steel and weaker on thin sheet metal.
