Neodymium Rod Magnet 12 x 50 mm N48
A neodymium (NdFeB) cylinder magnet is very strong. It is magnetised in a strong magnetic field during manufacture, providing high magnetic attraction in a compact size. Alongside high magnetic attraction, the surface coating helps improve durability. N48 indicates the magnetic grade, commonly ranging from N35 to N52; higher numbers generally indicate greater magnetic attraction. The cylindrical design makes it easy to install and useful for attachments, alignment and compact assemblies.
This larger cylinder magnet suits demanding applications requiring stable attachment and workshop use. (Ø12×50 mm) Paint, film or gaps noticeably reduce magnetic attraction. The magnet performs best on a flat, clean surface.
Warning: keep away from children. Swallowing magnets can be life-threatening. Seek immediate medical attention if swallowing is suspected. Magnetic attraction is strong. Bring magnets together and separate them carefully to avoid pinching injuries and chipping. Keep them away from bank cards, sensitive electronics and medical devices such as pacemakers.
