Magnetic Plate with Neodymium Magnets EMH-MLN-150
This industrial neodymium magnetic plate is designed to remove ferromagnetic contaminants from bulk material streams. It can be installed above conveyor belts, in chutes, at transfer points or in other locations where material passes close to the active magnetic surface.
The NdFeB magnetic system provides a strong magnetic field in a compact design, capturing screws, swarf, iron particles and other ferromagnetic contaminants before they reach downstream equipment. This helps protect conveyors, crushers, mills and other machinery while improving product purity.
The magnetic section does not require electrical power. Plate dimensions, temperature resistance and installation geometry can be customised to suit the process and required magnetic reach.
