Neodymium Disc Magnet 15 x 1 mm N48
 
Neodymium (NdFeB) is among the strongest magnetic materials, even in small sizes, and its stability makes it useful for many practical applications. Compared with conventional ferrite magnets, neodymium provides much greater magnetic attraction. A protective coating helps improve durability. N48 indicates the magnetic grade; NdFeB grades commonly range from N35 to N52, with higher numbers generally indicating stronger magnets.
 
The Ø15 × 1 mm size is suitable for DIY projects, small holders, catches and temporary attachments to steel. Even a small gap caused by thick paint, tape or an uneven surface noticeably reduces holding force. It performs best on solid steel.
 
Warning: keep away from children. Strong attraction can cause pinching injuries, and the magnet can chip easily. Store magnets with spacers and avoid impacts. Keep them away from bank cards, sensitive electronics and medical devices.
