Neodymium Disc Magnet 10 x 1.5 mm N35
Neodymium (NdFeB) is among the strongest magnetic materials, even in small sizes, and its stability makes it useful for many practical applications. Its magnetic attraction is much greater than that of ferrite magnets, and a surface coating protects it against corrosion. N35 indicates the magnetic grade; a higher number generally means a stronger magnet, with grades commonly ranging from N35 to N52.
The Ø10 × 1.5 mm size is suitable for DIY projects, small holders, catches and temporary attachments to steel. The actual hold depends on the contact surface and the thickness of the metal. Holding force is greater on thick steel than on thin sheet metal.
Warning: not suitable for children. Strong magnets can snap together suddenly, causing pinching injuries, and may break. Bring them together and separate them carefully. Keep them away from sensitive electronics, cards and medical devices.
