Neodymium Ring Magnet 25 x 5.5 x 3 mm N35 Epoxy-Coated
Neodymium (NdFeB) is among the strongest magnetic materials. The ring shape is practical because its central hole helps with mounting and alignment. It is much stronger than conventional ferrite magnets and generally has a protective coating because the material can corrode over time. N35 indicates the magnetic grade. NdFeB grades commonly range from N35 to N52. The ring shape is useful for mounting on a shaft or screw, or for precise alignment and guidance. The central hole helps with these applications.
A good choice where stronger holding force is needed and a ring that fits over a shaft or screw is useful. (Ø25/Ø5.5×3 mm) Holding force depends strongly on the thickness and condition of the metal surface. It is greater on thick steel and weaker on thin sheet metal.
Warning: not suitable for children. Swallowed magnets can cause serious injuries. Seek urgent medical attention. Magnetic attraction is strong. Bring magnets together and separate them carefully to avoid pinching injuries and chipping. Keep them away from bank cards, sensitive electronics and medical devices such as pacemakers.
