Neodymium Ring Magnet 10 x 4.5 x 5 mm N48 with Countersunk Hole

An NdFeB (neodymium) ring magnet provides high magnetic attraction for its size and fits readily into various holders and components. It is much stronger than conventional ferrite magnets and generally has a protective coating because the material can corrode over time. N48 indicates the magnetic grade, commonly ranging from N35 to N52; higher numbers generally indicate greater magnetic attraction. The ring shape is useful for shaft or screw mounting and precise alignment. The central hole helps with these applications. With a chamfered edge for more comfortable handling and a better fit.

At Ø10/Ø4.5×5 mm, this magnet is useful for magnetic catches, DIY, organisation and lighter attachments to steel. (Ø10/Ø4.5×5 mm) Paint, film or gaps noticeably reduce magnetic attraction. The magnet performs best on a flat, clean surface.

Warning: keep out of reach of children. Swallowing magnets poses a serious risk and requires immediate medical attention. Magnets can snap together suddenly, pinch skin and chip or break on impact. Separate them by sliding them apart. Keep them away from bank cards, sensitive electronics and medical devices.
