Neodymium Rod Magnet 4 x 5 mm N35
NdFeB (neodymium) magnets provide high magnetic attraction for their size, making them popular for technical and DIY applications. It is much stronger than conventional ferrite magnets and generally has a protective coating because the material can corrode over time. N35 indicates the magnetic grade, commonly ranging from N35 to N52; higher numbers generally indicate greater magnetic attraction. The cylindrical shape is practical: it fits readily into a hole or recess and provides good contact on flat metal surfaces.
The Ø4×5 mm cylinder is useful for DIY projects, including lids, boxes, small holders and quick attachments. (Ø4×5 mm) For best results, ensure direct contact with the surface. The magnet provides a particularly strong hold on solid steel.
Warning: not suitable for children. Swallowed magnets can cause serious injuries. Seek urgent medical attention. Magnetic attraction is strong. Bring magnets together and separate them carefully to avoid pinching injuries and chipping. Keep them away from medical devices, cards and sensitive electronics.
