Neodymium Rod Magnet 1 x 3 mm N48
NdFeB (neodymium) magnets provide high magnetic attraction for their size, making them popular for technical and DIY applications. Alongside high magnetic attraction, the surface coating helps improve durability. N48 indicates the magnetic grade, commonly ranging from N35 to N52; higher numbers generally indicate greater magnetic attraction. The cylindrical shape is practical: it fits readily into a hole or recess and provides good contact on flat metal surfaces.
Ideal for precision tasks requiring a small magnet that is easy to position. (Ø1×3 mm) For best results, ensure direct contact with the surface. The magnet provides a particularly strong hold on solid steel.
Warning: not suitable for children. Swallowed magnets can cause serious injuries. Seek urgent medical attention. Magnets can snap together quickly and pinch fingers. They are hard but brittle, so do not allow them to collide. Keep them away from bank cards, sensitive electronics and medical devices such as pacemakers.
