Neodymium Disc Magnet 20 x 2 mm N35
A neodymium magnet (NdFeB) is a very strong magnet produced by aligning the alloy particles in a strong magnetic field during manufacture. It is noticeably stronger than conventional ferrite magnets and generally has a protective coating because the material is prone to corrosion. N35 indicates the magnetic grade; a higher number generally means a stronger magnet, with grades commonly ranging from N35 to N52.
At Ø20 × 2 mm, this magnet is suitable for more demanding workshop attachments, including holders, jigs, removable assemblies and technical projects. Even a small gap caused by thick paint, tape or an uneven surface noticeably reduces holding force. It performs best on solid steel.
Warning: keep away from children. Strong attraction can cause pinching injuries, and the magnet can chip easily. Store magnets with spacers and avoid impacts. Keep them away from sensitive electronics, cards and medical devices.
