Neodymium Disc Magnet 16 x 3 mm N48
An NdFeB (neodymium) magnet provides high magnetic attraction for its size, making it useful for technical projects, DIY and quick attachments. Neodymium is much stronger than ferrite, and its protective coating helps prevent corrosion. N48 indicates the magnetic grade; a higher number generally means a stronger magnet, with grades commonly ranging from N35 to N52.
The Ø16 × 3 mm size provides a strong, stable hold for workpiece holding, workshop organisation and everyday practical applications. For good results, use a clean metal surface that is as thick as possible. Any gap caused by thick paint or an uneven surface reduces holding force.
Warning: keep out of reach of children. Magnets can snap together suddenly, pinch skin and chip or break on impact. Handle them carefully when bringing them together or separating them. Keep them away from medical devices and objects sensitive to magnetic fields, including cards and electronics.
