Neodymium Disc Magnet 12 x 6 mm N48
An NdFeB (neodymium) magnet provides high magnetic attraction for its size, making it useful for technical projects, DIY and quick attachments. Neodymium is much stronger than ferrite, and its protective coating helps prevent corrosion. N48 indicates the magnetic grade; NdFeB grades commonly range from N35 to N52, with higher numbers generally indicating stronger magnets.
The Ø12 × 6 mm size provides a strong, stable hold for workpiece holding, workshop organisation and everyday practical applications. Even a small gap caused by thick paint, tape or an uneven surface noticeably reduces holding force. It performs best on solid steel.
Warning: not suitable for children. Strong magnets can snap together suddenly, causing pinching injuries, and may break. Bring them together and separate them carefully. Keep them away from bank cards, hard drives, sensitive electronics and medical devices.
