Neodymium Disc Magnet 10 x 8 mm N48
Neodymium (NdFeB) is among the strongest magnetic materials, even in small sizes, and its stability makes it useful for many practical applications. Its magnetic attraction is much greater than that of ferrite magnets, and a surface coating protects it against corrosion. N48 indicates the magnetic grade; a higher number generally means a stronger magnet, with grades commonly ranging from N35 to N52.
The Ø10 × 8 mm size provides a strong, stable hold for workpiece holding, workshop organisation and everyday practical applications. The metal material and thickness strongly affect performance. A thicker, flatter surface gives a better hold.
Warning: keep away from children. Strong attraction can cause pinching injuries, and the magnet can chip easily. Store magnets with spacers and avoid impacts. Keep them away from medical devices and objects sensitive to magnetic fields, including cards and electronics.
