Neodymium Disc Magnet 1.5 x 0.5 mm N50

Neodymium (NdFeB) is among the strongest magnetic materials, even in small sizes, and its stability makes it useful for many practical applications. Neodymium is much stronger than ferrite, and its protective coating helps prevent corrosion. N50 indicates the magnetic grade; a higher number generally means a stronger magnet, with grades commonly ranging from N35 to N52.

A good choice for detailed work such as hobbies, model making and electronics when a small magnet with high strength for its size is needed. For good results, use a clean metal surface that is as thick as possible. Any gap caused by thick paint or an uneven surface reduces holding force.

Warning: not suitable for children. Strong magnets can snap together suddenly, causing pinching injuries, and may break. Bring them together and separate them carefully. Keep them away from bank cards, hard drives, sensitive electronics and medical devices.
