Neodymium Block Magnet 50 x 8 x 20 mm N35
An NdFeB (neodymium) magnet provides high magnetic attraction for its size, making it useful for technical projects and practical attachments. Compared with ferrite, neodymium provides much greater magnetic attraction. A protective surface coating helps improve durability. N35 indicates the magnetic grade. NdFeB grades commonly range from N35 to N52, with higher numbers generally indicating stronger magnets. This version magnetised across the width, with poles on the side faces. The field acts from the sides, which can be useful for edge mounting or directional attraction.
The larger design suits demanding applications, including attachments with high magnetic attraction and professional use. For good results, use a flat, clean metal surface. Any gap caused by thick paint or an uneven surface reduces holding force.
Warning: not suitable for children. Two magnets can snap together quickly, pinch fingers and crack or chip. Separate them carefully and avoid impacts. Keep them away from bank cards, sensitive electronics and medical devices.
