Neodymium Block Magnet. 50 x 50 x 25 mm N48
Neodymium (NdFeB) is among the strongest magnetic materials and provides substantial holding force for its size. Its magnetic attraction is greater than that of ferrite magnets, and the surface coating helps reduce corrosion. N48 indicates the magnetic grade. NdFeB grades commonly range from N35 to N52, with higher numbers generally indicating stronger magnets. The block shape is easy to position, provides a large contact area on flat surfaces and fits readily into a variety of holders.
This substantial magnet has high magnetic attraction. Handle it carefully and avoid bringing it suddenly close to other magnets or metal objects. Holding force depends strongly on the thickness and condition of the metal surface. It is greater on thick steel than on thin sheet metal.
Warning: keep away from children. Strong attraction can cause pinching injuries, and the magnets may break. Store them with spacers. Keep them away from bank cards, sensitive electronics and medical devices.
