Neodymium Block Magnet 5 x 15 x 20 mm N35
An NdFeB (neodymium) magnet provides high magnetic attraction for its size, making it useful for technical projects and practical attachments. Its magnetic attraction is greater than that of ferrite magnets, and the surface coating helps reduce corrosion. N35 indicates the magnetic grade. NdFeB grades commonly range from N35 to N52, with higher numbers generally indicating stronger magnets. This version magnetised along the length, with poles on the end faces. The field acts mainly along the length, which can be useful for edge mounting or directional attraction.
At 5×15×20 mm, this magnet provides strong, stable attachments for jigs, tools and removable assemblies. Holding force depends strongly on the thickness and condition of the metal surface. It is greater on thick steel than on thin sheet metal.
Warning: keep out of reach of children. Magnets can snap together suddenly, pinch skin and chip or break on impact. Handle them carefully when bringing them together or separating them. Keep them away from bank cards, sensitive electronics and medical devices.
