Neodymium Ring Magnet 4 x 1.5 x 5 mm N35
A neodymium (NdFeB) ring magnet is very strong. It is magnetised in a strong magnetic field during manufacture, providing high magnetic attraction in a compact size. Compared with ferrite, neodymium provides much greater magnetic attraction. The magnet generally has a protective surface coating. N35 indicates the magnetic grade, commonly ranging from N35 to N52; higher numbers generally indicate greater magnetic attraction. The central hole simplifies mounting and positioning, making it useful for frames, holders and repeatable installations.
This size suits compact applications, including small attachments and simple assemblies on flat metal surfaces. (Ø4/Ø1.5×5 mm) Paint, film or gaps noticeably reduce magnetic attraction. The magnet performs best on a flat, clean surface.
Warning: keep away from children. Swallowing magnets can be life-threatening. Seek immediate medical attention if swallowing is suspected. Magnetic attraction is strong. Bring magnets together and separate them carefully to avoid pinching injuries and chipping. Keep them away from medical devices, cards and sensitive electronics.
