Neodymium Ring Magnet 25.4 x 6.1 x 15 mm N48
Neodymium (NdFeB) is among the strongest magnetic materials. The ring shape is practical because its central hole helps with mounting and alignment. It is much stronger than conventional ferrite magnets and generally has a protective coating because the material can corrode over time. N48 indicates the magnetic grade. NdFeB grades commonly range from N35 to N52. The central hole simplifies mounting and positioning, making it useful for frames, holders and repeatable installations.
This larger ring magnet suits demanding applications requiring stable attachment and workshop use. (Ø25.4/Ø6.1×15 mm) Holding force depends strongly on the thickness and condition of the metal surface. It is greater on thick steel and weaker on thin sheet metal.
Warning: not suitable for children. Swallowed magnets can cause serious injuries. Seek urgent medical attention. Magnets can snap together suddenly, pinch skin and chip or break on impact. Separate them by sliding them apart. Keep them away from bank cards, sensitive electronics and medical devices such as pacemakers.
