Neodymium Ring Magnet 18 x 14 x 8 mm N35 Epoxy-Coated
A neodymium (NdFeB) ring magnet is very strong. It is magnetised in a strong magnetic field during manufacture, providing high magnetic attraction in a compact size. It is much stronger than conventional ferrite magnets and generally has a protective coating because the material can corrode over time. N35 indicates the magnetic grade. NdFeB grades commonly range from N35 to N52. The ring magnet fits readily into a recess or around a hole and can be used on a shaft or screw, or as a spacer.
At Ø18/Ø14×8 mm, this magnet provides a strong hold for workshop use, assembly, alignment and technical projects. (Ø18/Ø14×8 mm) Paint, film or gaps noticeably reduce magnetic attraction. The magnet performs best on a flat, clean surface.
Warning: keep out of reach of children. Swallowing magnets poses a serious risk and requires immediate medical attention. Magnetic attraction is strong. Bring magnets together and separate them carefully to avoid pinching injuries and chipping. Keep them away from bank cards, sensitive electronics and medical devices.
