Neodymium Ring Magnet 12 x 7.5 x 3 mm N48
An NdFeB (neodymium) ring magnet provides high magnetic attraction for its size and fits readily into various holders and components. It is much stronger than conventional ferrite magnets and generally has a protective coating because the material can corrode over time. N48 indicates the magnetic grade. NdFeB grades commonly range from N35 to N52, with higher numbers generally indicating stronger magnets. The ring shape is useful for mounting on a shaft or screw, or for precise alignment and guidance. The central hole helps with these applications.
The Ø12/Ø7.5×3 mm ring is useful for DIY projects, including lids, boxes, small holders and shaft or screw mounting. (Ø12/Ø7.5×3 mm) Paint, film or gaps noticeably reduce magnetic attraction. The magnet performs best on a flat, clean surface.
Warning: keep out of reach of children. Swallowing magnets poses a serious risk and requires immediate medical attention. Magnetic attraction is strong. Bring magnets together and separate them carefully to avoid pinching injuries and chipping. Keep them away from medical devices, cards and sensitive electronics.
