Neodymium Ring Magnet 12 x 7.3 x 10 mm N48
Neodymium (NdFeB) is among the strongest magnetic materials. The ring shape is practical because its central hole helps with mounting and alignment. Compared with ferrite, neodymium provides much greater magnetic attraction. The magnet generally has a protective surface coating. N48 indicates the magnetic grade, commonly ranging from N35 to N52; higher numbers generally indicate greater magnetic attraction. The ring magnet fits readily into a recess or around a hole and can be used on a shaft or screw, or as a spacer.
A good choice where stronger holding force is needed and a ring that fits over a shaft or screw is useful. (Ø12/Ø7.3×10 mm) For best results, ensure direct contact with the surface. The magnet provides a particularly strong hold on solid steel.
Warning: not suitable for children. Swallowed magnets can cause serious injuries. Seek urgent medical attention. Magnetic attraction is strong. Bring magnets together and separate them carefully to avoid pinching injuries and chipping. Keep them away from bank cards, sensitive electronics and medical devices such as pacemakers.
