Magnetic Block EMH MTM- 1200, Overband Iron Separator
This suspended permanent magnetic block is designed for installation above conveyor belts to remove ferromagnetic contaminants from a moving material stream. The multipole permanent-magnet system attracts iron and steel particles without requiring electrical power for the magnetic section.
The unit can retain captured ferromagnetic material even when the conveyor system is stopped, helping protect crushers, mills, conveyors and other downstream equipment. It is suitable for recycled materials, plastic granules, powders, grain, flour, spices, pellets and mineral-processing applications.
Installation height, suspension arrangement and working distance depend on the application. Cleaning is manual. Custom dimensions and support structures can be supplied to match the conveyor and process layout.
