The conical magnetic iron separator for pipeline systems is designed to separate magnetizable materials, i.e. metals with ferromagnetic properties, from granular, ground or powdered products such as grain, grits, flour, powders or other free-flowing products. During operation, the selected iron particles adhere to the surface of the conical magnetic body, while the useful material continues to flow through the pipeline. The conical design of the working part allows for efficient separation without damaging the product and without unduly reducing the transported volume. Cleaning the conical magnet is simple and safe. When the separator door is opened, the conical part rises from the pipe section, allowing the collected impurities to be removed in a controlled manner. The magnetic cone can be rotated, this design solution facilitates cleaning and reduces the risk to the operating personnel. The conical iron separator is one of the devices designed for high material flow of granular or ground materials, where it is important that ferromagnetic particles hidden in the product are retained stably and reliably. The system can also be used in cyclone-operated devices, where it also effectively selects ferromagnetic impurities. Typical areas of application are the milling industry, the plastics industry, metallurgy, light industry, and the processing of spices and herbs. The Ø150 mm version is primarily recommended for more compact production lines and for small to medium material flow, where it is important to select fine ferromagnetic impurities without the system taking up unnecessary space.
