Pipeline Magnet (Conical Iron Separator Magnet) 350
This conical pipeline magnet is designed to remove ferromagnetic contaminants from grain, seed and other free-flowing granular materials in gravity-fed pipe systems. The conical magnetic core exposes the passing product to a concentrated magnetic field while allowing material to continue through the process with limited flow restriction.
The stainless-steel construction is suitable for industrial processing environments, and the captured ferromagnetic material is removed during manual cleaning. The separator helps protect downstream machinery and improve material purity.
It can be integrated into pipelines, cyclones and gravity-fed processing lines. Exact dimensions and magnetic characteristics are specified for the selected model.
