Automatic Crossbelt Magnetic Separator 500
This automatic self-cleaning crossbelt magnetic separator is designed for continuous removal of ferromagnetic contaminants from material moving on a conveyor. The main assemblies include the supporting frame, motor and gearbox, permanent magnetic unit and discharge belt that carries captured iron away from the process stream.
The magnetic field is generated by permanent magnets, so electrical power is required only for the drive system, not for the magnetic section. The self-cleaning belt allows continuous operation and automatic discharge of captured ferromagnetic material.
The separator can be customised to match conveyor width, material flow, working distance and installation conditions. Suspension and support arrangements can also be adapted to the existing equipment.
