The DBAF cascade magnet is designed for applications with high material flow in grain, feed, milled-product or granulated-product processing, where the equipment is also exposed to higher mechanical loads. The two- or three-stage cascade design allows material to pass directly over the magnetic plates so ferromagnetic contaminants can be removed efficiently. In this product family, the internal wear surface can be prepared to better withstand mechanical effects caused by heavier loads. The DBAF model is recommended where structural resistance and durable continuous operation are priorities alongside separation efficiency.
