Industrial Iron Separator for Process Liquids
 
This industrial magnetic separator is designed to remove ferromagnetic contamination from liquids, cooling emulsions, slurries and other process fluids. Magnetic elements inside the stainless-steel system capture iron particles as the liquid passes through or across the separation zone.
 
The separator helps keep process fluids cleaner, reduce wear on machinery and improve process reliability. It is useful in machining, grinding, food processing, chemical processing, recycling and other applications where fine ferromagnetic contamination must be removed from a liquid stream.
 
Depending on the selected version, cleaning can be manual or automatic. Connection size, housing dimensions, operating temperature, pressure rating and installation geometry can be customised for the process.
