Rubber-Coated Neodymium Pot Magnet, Diameter: 88 mm, Internally Threaded
Rubber-coated neodymium pot magnet: the steel housing concentrates the magnetic field at the contact surface, while the rubber coating reduces the risk of scratching and improves grip under sideways loads. A surface-protecting solution: rubber prevents scratching of paint and helps reduce slipping. Compared with metal-to-metal contact, however, the rubber layer creates a small separation that can slightly reduce perpendicular pull-off force. The internally threaded version allows quick, neat installation and easy repositioning. (Quick specifications: size: 88 mm × 8,5 mm; internal thread: M8; nominal holding force: 42 kg (420 N); Tmax: 60 °C)
The holding force in the technical table is a nominal value measured by perpendicular pull-off from thick, flat, clean steel in direct contact. Shear loads, paint, gaps and thin sheet metal can significantly reduce the actual load capacity. Typical uses include advertising and information signs, temporary attachments on painted surfaces and mounting accessories and holders without drilling in workshops and maintenance work. In hot environments, check the Tmax value in the technical table and avoid sustained overload.
Warning: technical product. Bring magnets together and separate them carefully. Avoid impacts and keep away from electronics and medical devices.
