Rubber-Coated Neodymium Pot Magnet, Diameter: 43 mm, with Hole, Internally Threaded

This product is a rubber-coated neodymium pot magnet. The neodymium (NdFeB) insert is contained in a steel housing that partly closes the magnetic circuit and directs flux towards the contact surface, providing a strong attachment in direct contact while protecting the surface. The rubber coating protects painted, varnished and delicate surfaces and provides greater friction, reducing slipping under sideways loads. The internally threaded design with a hole allows screw mounting. The M4 thread permits quick installation of smaller holders, signs and brackets. (Quick specifications: size: 43 mm × 6 mm; overall height: 11,25 mm; internal thread: M4; nominal holding force: 10 kg (98,1 N); Tmax: 80 °C)

The holding force in the technical table is a nominal value measured by perpendicular pull-off from thick, flat, clean steel under ideal contact conditions. In actual use, steel thickness, surface flatness, paint or film layers and load direction can significantly affect load capacity. Typical uses include advertising and information signs, temporary attachments on vehicles or painted steel structures, workshop holders, and maintenance and assembly aids.

Warning: technical product. Bring magnets together and separate them carefully. Avoid impacts and keep away from bank cards, sensitive electronics and medical devices.
