Rubber-Coated Neodymium Pot Magnet, Diameter: 22 mm, with Hole, Internally Threaded
This product is a rubber-coated neodymium pot magnet. The neodymium (NdFeB) insert is contained in a steel housing that partly closes the magnetic circuit and directs flux towards the contact surface, providing an effective attachment point in a compact size. Rubber primarily protects the surface and reduces slipping. It protects painted and delicate surfaces and can improve stability under sideways loads. The internally threaded version with a hole allows screw mounting for quick installation in holders, smaller brackets and temporary attachment assemblies. (Quick specifications: size: 22 mm × 6 mm; internal thread: M4; nominal holding force: 5,9 kg (57,88 N); Tmax: 80 °C)
The holding force in the technical table is a nominal value measured by perpendicular pull-off from thick, flat, clean steel under ideal contact conditions. Shear loads, painted surfaces, gaps and thin sheet metal may reduce actual load capacity. A trial installation is recommended before permanent mounting. Typical uses include small advertising and information signs, temporary attachments on painted surfaces, workshop and maintenance aids, and magnetic mounting of lightweight holders and accessories.
Warning: technical product. Bring magnets together and separate them carefully. Keep away from children, bank cards, sensitive electronics and medical devices.
