The EMH-MLF-200 ferrite magnetic plate is a magnetic unit designed to remove ferromagnetic contaminants from a wide range of materials and industrial products. The 200 mm model is a balanced option for general applications because it provides sufficient active surface area to capture metallic particles in solid or semi-dense material flows without requiring an unnecessarily large structure. It can be used in systems where the material passes beneath the plate on a conveyor belt, in a trough or at another transfer point, with the main objectives of protecting downstream equipment and reducing metallic contamination in the product. The stainless steel housing and ferrite magnetic system provide stable operation, simple manual cleaning and good resistance in industrial use. According to the technical data for the 200 x 200 model, the housing is made of 316L stainless steel, cleaning is manual, magnetisation is multipolar and the magnetic field is 1500 gauss measured on the housing.
Also available in custom versions: The listed technical data apply to the standard version. The ferrite magnetic plate can be customised to the specific process, material flow, installation location and required magnetic reach.
