The EMH-MLF-300 ferrite magnetic plate is designed for applications where material is conveyed on wider belts or where both the working distance and material cross-section are larger. In this size range, the magnetic plate improves product purity while also protecting important downstream equipment such as mills, crushers, conveyors and other machinery that can be damaged by ferromagnetic pieces. Ferrite magnets are valued in these applications for their robustness, corrosion resistance and stable operating behaviour. The EMH-MLF-300 model is recommended for higher material flow rates where the coverage of a smaller magnetic plate would no longer be sufficient. It is therefore suitable for wider conveyor belts, larger feed chutes and processes where ferromagnetic contaminants must be removed from a greater working distance without necessarily switching to a neodymium system.
